Delete your Sivimor account

You can delete your account and the data tied to it at any time — from inside the app, or, if you no longer have it, by asking us from this page. You do not need to reinstall the app.
No longer have the app?
Email us from any address and we will delete the account for you. Include the phone number you signed in with, or the Google or Apple email you used, and your username if you remember it. So that nobody can delete your account for you, we confirm it is yours before deleting it.
Delete it in the app
Open Sivimor, go to Profile → Settings (the gear icon) → Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. It happens immediately and signs you out on every device.
What gets deleted
Your profile: name, username, bio, profile photo (the file itself, not just the link to it), date of birth, phone number and sign-in email. Your Google or Apple sign-in link is removed too.
Every poll you posted, with its photos and options, and the votes, comments and answers other people left on it.
Your activity on other people's polls: your votes and text answers. Their results update to match.
Your comments: the text is erased and they are removed from every thread.
Everything else: saved polls, followers and following, blocks, topics, notifications and settings.
Your sessions: every device you were signed in on is signed out at once, and notifications stop.
What we keep, and why
An anonymous record with no name, contact details or photo — just an internal number and the time it was deleted — so moderation records stay consistent.
Reports you filed about other people's content, attached to that anonymous record, so moderation decisions stay explainable.
Server logs and backups may hold your data until they are overwritten on their normal cycle. We never use them to bring a deleted account back.
How long it takes
In the app: immediately. By email: within 30 days of confirming the account is yours, and usually much sooner. We will tell you when it is done.
Can it be undone?
No. Deletion is permanent. If you want a copy of your data, use Settings → Download my data before you delete.
